CIND is a company of capital controlled at 100% by people belonging to the Cirilli’s family.
Founded in 2010, it has experience since 1981 since started their own business in electrical industry plant, in the assembling and maintenance electromechanical by CEM Costruzioni Elettro Montaggi di L. Cirilli & C. s.n.c.,
which it has been joined since 1989 SI.TE.A. Sistemi Tecnologici Applicati s.r.l. operating in the production of switchboards in MediumVoltage/LowVoltage and metal structural precision.
Since its establishment CEM, thanks to over 15 years of experience of the founders, has strongly contributed to the eletrification of industries, public authorities and research institutes in Abruzzo first and them in the whole national territory, also thanks to the acknowledged seriousness and reliability.
In the mid 1980s the increase of installation companies of industrial electric plants induces to the idea of producing electric boards to be proposed, as a finished product, to electrical installers too.
Building a new factory, CEM equips itself with tools machine for sheet metal working and starts producing electric boards MV e LV that designs indipendently according to specific customer requirements.
The increased demands arising from the company concreteness in dealing with fabrication problems of
very complex electric boards and the start of the relationship with ABB,
multinational corporation market leader of the equipment for ditribution
of electricity, that leads to the design, production and testing of electric 
boards LV type Power Center and Motor Control Center also direct to important companies not only of national reality, induces to a new important investment.
At the end of the same decade born then SITEA that building a new factory equipped with tools machine at numerical control and software of 3D drawing and programming for working the iron sheet too, as well as equipments with very high tecnology and plants for testing at industrial frequency.

The activation of quality system UNI EN ISO 9001 certified by SGS – Accredia Sincert, for optimization processes production, improving 
quality and productivity, reducing risk of error and to check the compliance, in addition to the specific one of ABB, pushes the company to continuos supplies of MV switchboards, also at Internal Arc Proof, for EMEA (Europe, Middel Est and Africa) area market and often forwarding boards directly to end users.
The subsequent establishment of CIND (Cirilli Industries), in addition to absorbing the know-how of the founders of the companies mentioned above, had the purpose to offer broader services and on time for their customers.
The market developments and the close relationship with the industries made of services, proposals, solutions, has brought CIND to propose itself as system integrator starting from the ability to enter in the industrial process of the client and in its necessity; after understand his experience and his new expectations, moving to the ideation, then the realization, the follow up, to the commissioning to regime, all making use of specific skill.
CIND extends the activities in the field of electronic, automation, revamping, protection, control, monitoring and suervision of complexes industrial plants.
Although its main customer is the industry CIND operates, always for business in its competent, even for agricultural, commercial and building companies.

The desire to offer services increasingly professional and efficient also in the market of Eastern Europe area and Russia area, not only to italian investors, induces the establishment in 2015 of the company’s romanian law CIND EUROPE with headquarters in Bucharest, with share holder of total controlling by CIND, effectively expanding and not delocalizing the action of CIND. Even if young CIND EUROPE is operative immediatly already having made a complete reconstruction of electrical transformation plat, distribution and protection in very big factories in the Romanian area, in addition to revamping of enormous tools machine and bridge cranes with a capacity of 800+160 tons with switchboards of power distribution and electrical pannels of automation produced in Italy.
